Esteban seeks passion from Transito Soto as he is not receiving any from Clara. Throughout their marriage, Esteban is not happy with Clara as she does not show him any passion. She treats him like any other person in the house. Esteban is not receiving the love that he needs and finds Transito Soto, who is a prostitute at Christopher Colombus. "insert Quote" Transito give Esteban the pleasure and passion that he needs. She is the only person whom he can open up to. He cannot even show his true feelings to Clara.
